What’s not to love about a good Boho Wedding? A little bit fashion, a little bit rock and roll, Nancy and Justen were the perfect example of how glam Boho can really be.

This fun-loving couple met over drinks three years ago and kept things light-hearted with a ceremony all their own.

When asked what advice she has for future couples getting hitched Nancy said “Stay true to your own vision and everything will be as beautiful as all of the ways you pictured it coming together in your head.”

This sentiment is one of the reasons we love what we do here at Cactus Collective.

Staying true to yourself and the vision you have for your wedding can be difficult with pressure from friends and family but it is possible to pull off exactly what you want!

Nancy wore a gorgeous dress embossed with floral lace which perfectly showed off her beautiful ink and raven flowing hair styled by Emily Freeman.

For a finishing touch Freeman added a floral garland that dropped across the crown of her head giving it a very Woodstock-glam feel.

The bouquet by Wedding By Dzign was a sight to behold with crimson orchids, creme-colored roses and lots of greenery.

Set against the vivid colors of Red Rock Canyon, the earth tones really tied everything together beautifully.

When going for the Boho feel a bouquet that’s overflowing with flowers can really make the look feel not so styled and more organic.

Not to be outdone, Justen looked dapper in an earth-toned ensemble opting for a slick sports jacket to finish the look.

Equally impressive was his proposal to Nancy. After a day of Christmas shopping he took her out to a hot new restaurant they wanted to try and then told her he had something wrong with his front tire.

When she rounded the corner of the car she found him down on one knee with a ring in his hand. Swoon!

All in all we loved this shoot because it was so effortless. This was one couple who knew what they wanted and made it their own.

Their carefree attitude and stunning looks set against the bold red rocks of Red Rock Canyon made this shoot earthy and magical.
